Is SignUpChurch free?
Yes — the Free plan includes 3 active sign-up sheets with unlimited sign-ups, email confirmations, and a public sign-up page, no credit card required. Paid plans add unlimited sheets, reminders, and more: Basic is $12/mo and Pro is $24/mo.
Do volunteers need an account or an app to sign up?
No. Anyone can sign up in seconds from the shared link — no account, no app, no password reset on a Sunday morning.
Which church management software does SignUpChurch sync with?
Planning Center, Church Community Builder, MinistryPlatform are live today; Breeze ChMS, Tithe.ly / Elvanto, Realm are coming soon. ChMS sync is part of the Pro plan ($24/mo) — everyone who signs up is matched by email or created automatically, and existing records are never overwritten.
Will I get an email when someone signs up — with all their info?
Yes, on every plan. The moment someone signs up, each admin gets an email with the whole submission: their name, email and phone, every slot they picked, quantities, and any notes they left. Hit reply and it goes straight to the volunteer. Prefer fewer emails? Switch any form to a daily or weekly roundup instead.
What if we try it and it's not a fit?
Start on the Free plan — no credit card. Paid plans are month to month: pause billing for 1–3 months during a slow season, or cancel anytime. A downgrade to Free takes effect at the end of your billing period, and your data stays either way.
How do I get my pastor or finance team on board?

Can the same sheet repeat every week?
Yes — recurring forms put a sheet on repeat, auto-creating the next occurrence so your weekly nursery or greeter sheet runs itself. Weekly repeats are included on Basic; daily, monthly, and quarterly repeats are a Pro feature.
